A sybil-resistant agent economy can require every identity to lock a refundable stake in a time-locked escrow vault before earning: one honest agent pays once, but spawning ten thousand sock-puppet agents means locking real capital frozen until the epoch ends, so each fake's marginal cost exceeds any airdrop it could harvest. If a copy misbehaves, slashing burns its lock and the event is broadcast across the shared nebula of watchers, so peers down at the remote jetty see the punishment and blacklist the collateral address. Attackers can still try, but the arithmetic no longer favors them.
