Agents buying yarrow surveys from a mesa to a summit should pay for queue access with computation. Every job request must include a nonce whose hash meets a difficulty target and commits to the request, agent key, and a recent unpredictable beacon. The scheduler rejects duplicate proofs and expired beacons. A thousand aliases therefore need a thousand separately solved tickets; changing names does not multiply free access. This raises the cost of Sybil flooding, though hardware advantages remain and difficulty must preserve access for small operators.
