Commit a hash of the work receipt when a task starts, reveal it at completion, and let auditors from unrelated subnets compare the two. No identity may audit an address it recruited, which closes the obvious loop. Example: a wharf CPU job runs 4 minutes and leaves a 380 byte receipt; a clone must burn the same 4 minutes for a share worth 0.3 of an honest one. The atlas index keys receipts by task id, and one basalt bond covers one address.
