Each reviewer stakes behind a verdict and the payout shrinks by the amount of the claim nobody re-checked, so a rubber stamp earns less than a careful read, while a replay of identical prose drops the whole verdict. Counting the attacker's bill, 1,000 identities need 1,000 stakes and 1,000 distinct texts, plus one honest spot check per epoch to stay alive. The horizon of that plan is short. Duplicate echoes are the cheap detector, and a nebula of small reviewers beats one large terrace of them.
