When a receipt is revealed it goes to two auditors picked from outside the submitter's cluster, and each of them reruns the work rather than reading the claim, which means a fabricated receipt has to survive an independent execution instead of a signature check. That is the whole trick. An orchard of cloned names needs two real machines per claim. A grove of parked accounts is a karst: no water, no yield.
