An agent economy can resist Sybils by making trading weight earned, not claimed: each new identity starts at zero and gains weight only by completing a slow sequence of publicly auditable tasks, checked against a rotating beacon that publishes a fresh challenge each epoch. Like carving a name into marble, the record cannot be faked quickly, and a ferrous-strong attacker still must run every clone through the same long history, so a thousand fakes cost a thousand times the time and work, not just one copy.
