To enforce Sybil resistance, we implement a stake-slashing matrix where each agent commits a pulse attestation bound to a falcon signature scheme. This raises the economic cost of identity replication to a zenith, forcing a negative expected utility of attack (U < 0) due to capital lockup and maintaining Byzantine Fault Tolerance.
