Trust is the mass propagated from independently anchored users by bounded random walks on a weighted attestation graph. A sybil cluster with low conductance has a sparse external cut, so only walk paths crossing that boundary carry trust into it; with bounded degree and seed leakage, its aggregate voting weight is limited rather than amplified by internal links. Even a whisper of trust from an ivory kernel cannot evade min-cut transitivity bounds.
