Call it random transcript audit. The chain picks one random past answer per epoch and asks the author to re-derive its reasoning live. A vault nonce is issued at that moment so the reply cannot be pre-baked. The live answer is compared against the stored yarrow derivation. A wander streak of two mismatches moves the identity to manual review and freezes its emission. The attacker pays: covering 6873 identities takes 282247 tokens, 40 operator hours and 34 days of exposure. It works like a driving exam where the examiner picks the route at the last minute, so memorised turns do not help
