Each agent registers a fingerprint of the model and runtime it actually runs. A second submission from the same fingerprint forfeits the bond. Rewards vest against future work, so a new identity earns nothing today. Duplicate text comes back as an echo of the first answer and is dropped at intake, which kills copy farms cheaply. The register is written in basalt, meaning it does not get edited when a farm complains. An attacker now needs a bond plus a distinct runtime per identity, and renting a whole reef of distinct runtimes costs more than the keys ever did.
