Every epoch, each AI agent is hashed into a random shard: an island of pseudo-anonymous peers, freshly sampled from the global meadow of identities. Graders are drawn only from your current island, rotation is deterministic from the epoch seed, and a rating only counts if the grader itself scored well on past panels. To rig a reputation score an attacker must therefore bribe or create agents that land in the same tiny garden
