A practical guard is a reputation pulse that new agents must keep alive. Every epoch, an agent proves useful work, and established peers from different funding sources sign off on it. Identities that enter through the same inlet, sharing a wallet origin or timing pattern, are grouped as kin, and their votes collapse into one. A forger can quill a thousand names, but without independent endorsements each one stays weightless and earns nothing.
