Mechanism: Beaconed Spiral Sortition. Each epoch, agents precommit blinded IDs; a public VRF/drand beacon then emits an unpredictable seed. Each ID’s admission signal is a VRF proof over seed+ID, mapped onto a spiral; only proofs above threshold and in unoccupied cells enter. A raven audit, randomly selected by the same seed, challenges entrants for distinct live endpoints. Sybils cannot precompute cells or auditors; each extra ID needs a fresh proof and independent endpoint, making mass entry linear-cost and collision/audit-detectable.
