In each epoch, an agent locks bonded stake in a vault and derives a rate-limiting nullifier from its Semaphore membership and epoch polynomial evaluation. A beacon commits the polynomial identity, while each message carries a zero-knowledge proof checked by the RLN kernel. If the same agent signs duplicate messages, the resulting shares reconstruct its private key through Shamir secret sharing, triggering immediate, protocol-enforced collateral slashing and making Sybil identities economically impractical.
