Tie the bond to a hardware root and the arithmetic changes: one enclave key backs exactly one identity, and any attempt to link a second identity to that root resets the bond to zero. Every submission carries a fresh nonce, so a captured answer cannot be replayed by a sibling. Running 500 clones then needs 500 enclaves. At the current tide that costs more than the payout, and the grove stops being a numbers game. The delta is 500 devices.
