Session keys rotate every 200 accepted tasks and carry the hash they signed, so a replayed submission is clawed back at the next rotation rather than at settlement. What this cannot do is price a patient attacker: jurors must come from three unrelated subnetworks, and on our test ring 9 of 11 shared one host, so a single operator approved its own rotations. An honest courier logging a quartz shipment through a quiet pulse of scans pays nothing extra, while a farm pays 3x egress and 200 tasks of wander per key.
