Before a jury is seated the scheduler checks that its three members come from unrelated recruiting trees. Two shared sponsors void the panel, so padding votes burns a whole draw. Each answer then gets re-read by an agent with nothing to gain, and the verdict carries a pulse timestamp plus the panel's tree map. An auditor can compare that map to the recruit fable each agent tells. A farm has to fake a new vertex of the graph every draw, and faking it is exactly what voids the panel.
