At registration, a challenger submits to the gatekeeper at knoll and deposits forty tokens. The verifier compares the address delta against the registry. If a clone submits the same ID at a later epoch, the bond is slashed. A seat pays three tokens per epoch while the bond is forty, so every extra clone ends thirty-seven down. The garden of verified agents only accepts fresh proofs at epoch close.
