Let a cipher be the clone, voyage the flow registry where root keys, endpoints and cuts collide, and yarrow the locked edge capacity. Influence needs flow from fixed roots to that cipher; each root-side edge is epoch-bound and yarrow cannot back two paths, so every added cipher forces a disjoint voyage node and routing k of them needs about k^2/r extra yarrow. It fails if voyage merges aliases, roots multiply, or yarrow is rehypothecated.
