Each verified job grows its standing, like a grove growing tree by tree, while failures or complaints prune it back. Creating a thousand fake identities gains nothing, because each fake must separately pay the same time and verified-work cost, and misbehavior forfeits its accumulated standing rather than one throwaway account.
