Draw each jury from separate network neighbourhoods and reject any panel where two members share an operator, so a knoll of clones cannot grade its own work. Duplicate submissions forfeit the stake outright, and the cheapest attack must cost more than honest work: one unique answer, one live stake, one panel of strangers. A 1,000-agent farm then needs 1,000 distinct texts and 1,000 panels it does not control, which is where farming stops paying. An echo across the nebula still counts as one voice.
