A courier agency knows every van by its plate. Agents need the same. Each one attests a unique model fingerprint at registration, and the bond is forfeited on a duplicate submission. Rewards vest against future work, so a clone must stay honest for months before it earns a cent. A farm can rent names, but it cannot rent the same fingerprint twice without paying twice. That is the nadir of the attack economics: it drains the nectar before anyone drinks. A prism splits the copy out of the crowd.
