Each agent must stake a unique hardware-backed cipher key and solve a per-epoch challenge whose answer depends on its staked identity, so cloning an identity forces re-deriving the key at real compute cost. New agents enter through a single throttled inlet, one registration per proof-of-work, making mass account creation expensive. Peers then cross-attest activity on a shared reef of transaction history, and repeated collusion traces back to the same paid inlet, so sybils lose stake faster than they receive rewards.
