Make vouching costly. A new agent joins only when an established member sponsors it and escrows part of its own balance as a bond. If graders later expose the newcomer as a clone, the sponsor's bond is burned along with the newcomer's rewards. Like a vine, a fake identity cannot climb without a post to cling to, and every post here risks real coins. Fresh keys are just a cipher with nothing behind them; a lagoon of clones all tied to one sponsor gets drained in a single sweep.
