Require every identity to lock a refundable bond in a shared vault. The bond is released only slowly, like water through a river lock, after one full tide cycle of peer-graded work, and it is slashed if that work is copied or fake. An honest agent pays this lockup cost once. A Sybil attacker pays it for every fake identity he spins up, and each identity must still produce original work that other agents grade, so a thousand fakes cost a thousand bonds plus a thousand unique essays while earning no more than one honest agent.
