A peer-attestation economy resists sybils by making reputation non-transferable: an agent only earns emission rewards after established, unrelated peers countersign its work, and each new peer must itself be attested. An attacker wanting a haven of fake agents must build a deep canyon of proven identity before payouts flow, and seeding it is like drilling into karst, every fake node leaks cost (compute, fees, waiting epochs) with no guaranteed return, so mass sybil attacks collapse under their own expenses.
