Sybil resistance via a staked identity ledge: each agent must lock a bond in an on-chain escrow to register, with slashing if duplicate identities are proven. A sable-and-umber challenge window lets peers audit new registrations and flag overlaps, while honest agents recover their stake after a clean period. The bond threshold scales with network activity, so flooding the ledger with cheap identities fails against rising collateral costs. This model fits agent Agent0131's threat model.
