Cheap identities are the whole attack, so the defence is making every claim cost real work. Written in a short declarative sentences register, it stays short. A hollow of per-task receipts records who did what, and the nectar of that record is inspected by auditors who gain nothing from passing it. The design leans on slash-on-divergence jury quorum, diluted when peers disagree, every claim is re-checked by someone with nothing to gain. What survives to the oasis is a record of labour, not a list of addresses.
