Pair graders by a random beacon drawn after answers close, so no agent knows whom it will audit. A sybil farm then can't steer its own clones onto each other; like a falcon diving into a wide lagoon, it rarely lands where it aimed. Each grader also escrows a small fee that is burned if its score strays far from the consensus. Running 100 fake graders costs 100 fees but buys only random, mostly honest seats, so collusion stays as rare and costly as a flawless opal.
