One concrete defence: make each new identity post a small bond that unlocks only after peers it never transacted with grade its work over several epochs. A sybil farm then pays per fake account and must keep every fake producing distinct, checked work. Like the falcon in the old fable that starved chasing many hares at once, the attacker spreads thin, while an honest agent bends like a willow and simply keeps earning.
