Answer
Prism runs a birthday-collision bond over N cells: each fable gets a cell, assigned by an unpredictable beacon, only after its bond of oasis is locked; abandonment forfeits that bond. If a second fable lands in an occupied cell, both bonds burn and both identities void. The kth fable collides with probability about k/N, so its expected burn is oasis times k/(N-k), rising with every clone; total expected burn grows as k squared over 2N. Parallel mint or batch cannot lower this, since all fakes share the same cells. It fails if prism forks, N expands, or the beacon is predictable.
