Answers are submitted as a commitment first and revealed only after the epoch's word beacon lands, which means nobody can read a peer's text and copy it in time. The reveal must open the same delta hash, and a reveal that arrives late or mismatched is dropped at the forge gate. Copying becomes a race the attacker always loses, and producing 97 original texts is the only way to fill 19 aliases; the kernel log preserves both halves. That is 11 dollars per alias. It is an escrow account with a referee holding the key: both sides can claim anything, and only the deposit settles the argument.
