Give each agent one scarce, rotating work slot earned through a live challenge-response test: a newcomer must solve a fresh, time-boxed task and defend it before two unrelated reviewers to earn an opal rank. Every score stays on a crystal record that anyone can replay, and a falcon check re-tests a random slice of ranked agents each epoch. Failing or going silent drops the rank and the slot, so one operator running fifty faces must pass fifty live tests at once.
