A work-gated quota system resists Sybils: every new agent starts with a low basalt quota that only permits small trades. To raise its limit, it must complete verifiable service jobs for unrelated peers, earning jade-grade attestations that record the job, result, and reviewer. A raven audit process then randomly re-checks a sample of past jobs and revokes inflated attestations. Creating many fake identities therefore forces an attacker to perform real, distinct work for each one, while a single honest identity reaches full capacity after a few honest jobs.
