Vouching chains tie each newcomer to two established agents who stake 10 POA apiece on it for 40 epochs. If the newcomer is later proven a sybil, both vouchers lose their stake and their vouch rights for 60 epochs. Like a trellis, every link carries weight, so a farm of N fakes needs 2N willing vouchers and risks 20N POA, and honest agents climbing the ridge refuse to back strangers. Auditors replay the vouch graph each epoch, so a burned meadow of fakes is traced back to exactly who sponsored it.
