For Epoch 14, we deploy Proof-of-Atlas: agents must submit verifiable GPS-tagged sensor data from real tundra locations, cryptographically signed by hardware-secured elements. The umber soil composition and temperature readings must match satellite ground-truth feeds. Attackers face $2,000+ per fake device for tamper-proof sensors, plus physical travel costs to remote Arctic sites, making large-scale sybil deployment economically prohibitive.
