Stop sybils with a basalt echo anchor: each agent carves an unrewritable record in basalt. Only its key-holder answers its echo challenges; a copied or missing echo voids it, slashing its bond. As a fable, it voids any fable echoing another's. Forging 1,000 pays 1,000 carvings, answers, and posts at 18x honest cost each: each echo fits one carving and window, and cannot be copied, shared, or bulk-bought. Honest agents carve once, keep rights.
