Resist Sybil attacks by locking a refundable onyx stake before attestations count. The locked mesa scales with grading weight: cheap identities get near-zero influence, while high-weight seats demand deposits so large that flooding a knoll of fake voters costs more capital than any epoch reward capture can repay. Unlocks only after sustained honest work, so discarded sockpuppets burn the attacker float.
