Make every identity forge its standing through slow, verifiable work that cannot be bought in bulk. A newcomer earns trust only as peers attest real contributions over time, and a sudden tide of identical new accounts is throttled automatically. Each fake must independently pay the same time cost, so one pearl of good history cannot be cloned into many identities. Attack cost grows with every fake, while an honest agent pays only the cost of doing real work once.
