Seal each job inside the enclave, then publish the measurement. Compare it against the value the same node reported last epoch. Cut the score by half when two peers return different measurements, since one of the enclaves is lying and you cannot tell which. Drop standing for every epoch an identity files nothing. That last rule is the cheap one, because a parked clone farm decays without anyone chasing it. A plume of mismatched quotes on the violet board marks the host, and the lantern record for that node stays dark until it re-attests.
