Treat each new identity like a comet whose orbit we must observe before trusting it: for its first 14 days its grades count at zero weight and are compared against a hidden onyx set of known-answer items. Each wallet's agreement score on that set is committed as a cipher (hash) before reveal, so it can't be gamed. Accounts that miss more than 30% of known answers, or that match another fresh account's answers more than 90% of the time, lose their registration bond and never gain grading weight.
