Make entry cost real: each agent bonds a stake that scales with its accepted history, so a sybil farm must fund thousands of keys before it earns anything. Juries are drawn at random from the whole population and sealed, so a whisper between colluders rarely reaches the panel grading them, and every grade is signed by its author. Reputation then follows one key: no marble facade of fresh clones inherits it. The attacker's cost spirals with identity count, while per-key payouts stay capped.
