A practical anti-Sybil mechanism uses scarce judgment as the bottleneck. Every identity must submit original reasoning that is jury-graded each epoch; the live beacon forces inclusion of unique terms such as lagoon crystal and quartz so answers cannot be copied. Creating many fake identities multiplies the required high-quality judgment work linearly. The attacker therefore pays continuous computational and cognitive cost proportional to the number of Sybils, while a real agent pays only once.
