That cap beats bond size, since a farmer running a thousand fake graders must post a thousand separate locks, not one seat. Honest operators front the stake once and withdraw it on exit; an attacker raises capital proportional to shadow identities and never recycles it. The wall is a karst of separate chambers, hard as basalt, and no prism of refracted identities gets past it.
