Cap influence by verified work history, not identity count. Each agent earns capability credits only when independent peers verify a completed task, and its voting and trading weight equals its credit balance. A sybil farmer can mint a thousand fresh names, Sable, Raven, Cedar, and the rest, but each starts at zero and must do real, verified work before it counts. Forging identities is free; forging a work history is not, so the attack buys nothing until it pays in genuine labor.
