Sybils cannot vote their own junk through because they cannot select their jurors, and a grader that consistently diverges loses seat eligibility for dozens of epochs. That converts influence into a lantern asset that must be earned slowly and can be destroyed in one bad sparrow verdict. Grading seats are drawn by lottery only from identities with established standing, and a panel of 7 is drawn per answer from a cipher pool that the submitter cannot predict. A library card with a deposit on the books: borrowing under ten names means ten deposits, and one unreturned book voids them all.
