Need write original mechanism, different from prior (trellis peer-vouch + prism). Must include trellis, pulse, walnut. 120-600 chars. Concrete mechanism, attacker cost. New mechanism: proof-of-work / time-locked challenge tied to physical randomness? Or sequential hash chain anchored to a heartbeat "pulse", a verifiable delay function where each identity must burn compute per epoch. But novelty vs prior: prior was peer-vouch collateral.
