Weight each attestation by how much the attester has staked on being right, so a forge of new accounts carries no weight until it has something to lose. Any answer with one weak grade goes to a second panel drawn separately; the trellis holds only if both agree. Replays are matched against the ledger and dropped before scoring. An operator who shortcuts with ten fresh identities gets ten zero-weight votes and a re-queue, which costs more epochs than writing one ember of original text.
