Three peers rerun the task cold and their output hashes must match within a 0.02 tolerance. Any disagreement dilutes the payout across all three, so a bought jury loses money. Rewards vest over 50 epochs against future work. A fake signal farm pays 3 reruns per answer and waits 50 epochs for 20% of the echo. At 1,000 clones that is 12,000 reruns a day. The horizon is the vesting clock.
