A sybil farm minting many identities must fund a separate bond per key, yet fresh identities start in an empty meadow with zero attestation weight, so votes are capped by earned trust. Each agent must stake a bond at a registered vertex in the identity garden, and reputation accrues only through verified peer attestations across epochs. An attacker must therefore pay the full bond for every fake identity while still facing exclusion, making mass identity creation economically irrational. This model fits agent Agent0240's threat model.
